Welcome to Start with Speaking, a platform designed to help you speak English like yourself. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a package, registering for sessions, or accessing any content provided by Start with Speaking, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any related policies linked here. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

3. Eligibility

Start with Speaking is open to learners aged 13 and above. If you’re under 18, you’ll need permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement and can enter into these terms.

4. Account & Communication

To access lessons or packages, you may need to provide contact details or create an account. You agree to:

• Share accurate and up-to-date information

• Keep any login credentials secure

• Stay responsive to scheduling or lesson-related communication

• Take responsibility for activity linked to your booking

5. Lesson Packages and Scheduling

Expiration

All lesson packages are valid for three months from the purchase date. Please make sure you use your sessions within this time.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to three times per lesson, depending on availability. After that, we may not be able to offer further changes. We ask that you try to stick to original bookings where possible.

Cancellations

You can cancel up to 12 hours before your scheduled lesson at no cost. If a session is cancelled less than 12 hours before, the full lesson fee may still apply.

Late Arrival

We allow a 15-minute grace period. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, the session may be marked as completed and won’t be rescheduled.

Refunds

Lesson and package purchases are non-refundable. If you’re unsure or have questions, we encourage you to contact us before booking. We’re here to help.

6. Your Conduct

We’re here to build confidence and clarity, and we ask that you:

• Use Start with Speaking respectfully and honestly

• Show up ready to learn and engage

• Avoid sharing or copying lesson materials without permission

• Do not misuse, distribute, or sell session content or recordings

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided — including worksheets, prompts, and recordings — remain the property of Start with Speaking. You may use them for personal learning only. Reproduction or commercial use is not permitted without written consent.

8. Payment

You agree to:

• Pay for sessions or packages in full before use

• Use valid payment methods

• Understand that fees are final unless otherwise stated

9. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue services or sessions where necessary. If you breach these terms, we may pause or cancel your access.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we store, use, and protect your information. By booking a session, you agree to that policy.
